The 5th All-Years All-American College Orchestra Reunion will take place at Walt Disney World in Orlando on July 26-27, 2024.

Attendees will be able to socialize and perform with their colleagues once again and also connect with alumni from other years. Charts from the AACO and Disney library will be performed.

Lodging:

Lodging is at the discretion of each reunion attendee, however a discounted rate will be provided at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort. Each room sleeps up to 4 people.

Your guests will be able to book their reservations online at https://book.passkey.com/go/AllAmerCollegeOrchReunion2024 or by calling our Group Reservations Phones Team at 407-939-4686. Our Phones Team is available Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm EST, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, closed major holidays.

All reservations must be completed by 5/22/24 when our unused rooms will be released to the general public.

**Unfortunately, Disney’s Magical Express is no longer in service. Ride sharing and other bus services are available from the airport (https://www.mearsconnect.com/?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1)

Theme Park Tickets: 

Per Disney’s Imagination Campus policy, and for the benefit of rehearsal space and instrument needs, each alumni performer is required to purchase at least one park ticket through Disney’s Imagination Campus.

A link to order discounted tickets will be posted on the “Who’s Coming/Music” link by spring (The password is in your registration automated response email. Please let me know if you don’t see it or registered by mail.)

*Disclaimer: As stated in past Facebook posts, this is the best option to gather as a group and perform. The former AACO was under the umbrella of Walt Disney Entertainment, but they are not able to host this event. Disney Imagination Campus has GRACIOUSLY accepted to host us. (the same department that hosts high school bands, orchestras, choirs, etc.) The EPCOT Stage, under the Walt Disney Entertainment umbrella, is not available for groups outside of WD Entertainment's bookings.
